Chocolate Pancake

Ever wonder how to make a delicious chocolate pancake? it's very easy, girls. You don't need an oven, you don't need a mixer, you don't even need a whisk! All you need just a tablespoon and a frying pan.

Choco Pancake

Ingredients :
150 gr flour
15 gr cocoa powder
25 gr sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
350 cc milk chocolate
25 gr melted butter

Steps :
1. Stir flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Set aside.
2. Mix egg, salt, and milk in a small bowl.
3. Pour in the flour batter, stir well.
4. Add melted butter, stir again.
5. Take 2 tablespoon batter, pour in the frying pan.
6. You can add chocochips, fruit sauce, fla, etc
7. Choco pancake ready to serve

Bolu Kukus

Today Fida came to my house. Then I had an idea to make "bolu kukus". Bolu kukus is an Indonesian kind of cake which is steamed, not baked like any other cake. It is served in a paper cup, just like a cupcake. The texture is soft and cloudy, light and sweet.

So, we went to ****mart to buy a bottle of sprite. Why do we need sprite? don't get too curious, I'll give you the recipes. It's very simple, girls.

Bolu Kukus

What you need :
2 eggs
250 gr caster sugar
1 tsp essence
1 tsp cake emulsifier
350 gr flour
225 cc sprite
2 tsp cocoa powder

Steps :
1. Mix eggs, sugar, and essence well in a large bowl with mixer
2. Add cake emulsifier, mix for about 2 minutes
3. Add flour and sprite, mix well for about 6 minutes
4. Take 3-4 tbsp batter for the chocolate topping in a small bowl, stir with cocoa powder
5. Pour the white batter first into the paper cup, then add the chocolate batter
6. Boil the water in the steamer
7. After that, steam for about 15-20 minutes

Stop Global Warming

Such a very very hot day this afternoon. It seemed that the sun do its duty well, to shine brightly. But Mr. Sun, that was too bright actually. You can almost boil a cup of water outta there.

But in the evening, the weather turned out to windy and cloudy. The wind blew strong. The leaves kept falling. It was really dark and cold outside. And now, at 8.30 pm, it's raining. Not a heavy rain, just a drizzle.

Wow, 3 different weather in a day. I'm start thinking about global warming. Maybe that drastically weather changes is just a little effect. Then what is the extreme effects? what will happen tomorrow? I assure you to watch The Day after Tomorrow .
When global warming has become a very serious problem, the earth would totally covered by water. How could? because the water level rise due to the melting ice in the northpole. You don't wanna sink with million people next year, do you?

If the world getting worse, are we just gonna stand there and watch? No beybeh, we won't!! We will do anything to stop global warming. You can start from yourself first. You can ride a bicycle instead of a car, you can reduce electricity usage, and you can also plant trees in front of your house. I know it sounds very simple, but we'll never know if we don't try.
Let's stop global warming and the world can smile again.

What Kind of Shoes?

Whoaa...finally my 1st semester test is over!!! feelin' so relief today eventhough I dunno the result yet. Just hope for the best *sigh.

Forget 'bout that, btw I've just bought a pair of shoes (again). After school my friends and I went shopping *we're ready to invade, watch out people! And the invasion begun! We walked around from one store to another for about 5 hours.

But it was worth! the result is :
Dini : got a nice mini backpack
Amal : got a loose brown cardigan and 5 different color hijab
Uwik : got a loose grey cardigan (the same as Amal's but differents in color)
Me : got a pair of dark brown shoes

this is it...ta da..

FYI, I need an hour just for selecting which pair I should buy, red or dark brown *with my friends' grumble for half an hour. And I finally choose this *of course with sigh of relief from them. But actually I dunno what kind of shoes they are. I think they're ofxord-semi-wedges.

Mirror Mirror on the Wall

Yesterday I bought a mirror. But no, it's not a magic mirror like in Snow White story. In fact it's just a small mirror. Then what's so special about it? the mirror has a nice batik design behind.

FYI guys, batik is the traditional art of Indonesia that has various colors and patterns. Every region in Indonesia has it's own pattern which is different from other region. And every pattern has it's own meaning too. Usually the meaning is related with ancestors or local communities' belief. It's always fun when it comes to history and ancient things, isn't it?

But there are still many people especially teenagers who avoid wearing batik for general occasion. They feel ashamed when they wore it for hang-out because they think that it has been out-of-date. Why should we ashamed of wearing our amazing heritage? Don't judge batik as a moment trend, judge it as an Indonesian heritage that needs to be preserved. Let's preserve batik, guys!

I Love Jeans

Jeans have become the most important part of every woman's wardrobe. They'll never out-of-date, can be worn with almost any outfit, and very comfy yet so stylish. But there are so many styles to choose, how do you know which pair should you wear?

You just need at least 3 styles and you'll be safe for any occasion.

1. Straight Jeans

These jeans are usually cut straight down from the waist making it fits your natural waist and is slim through the ankles and bottom. This type is classic but it perfect for almost any occasion.

2. Skinny Jeans

Skinny jeans suit petite and slender frames best. But you don't have to be very skinny to wear them. Best not to wear with big thighs, they might make your legs look even larger. I've just bought a pair of shoes this afternoon. They're wedges of course. Everyone knows about this 'I love wedges' thing. I really really looooove wedges cos they make me look taller *I'm just 150 cm if you ask. And I'm not kidding guys, in fact I'm the smallest girl in my class. Okay, forget about that. Balada Nyinom

Tau nyinom kan? itu hlo, nyajiin makanan and minuman di acara pernikahan. Kalo acaranya gede tempatnya di hotel ada petugas katering yang nyajiin. Tapi kalo acaranya sederhana tempatnya cuma di rumah yang nyajiin muda-mudi kampung *include me of course.

Nah, kejadian bermula pas aku lagi asyik asyiknya buka blognya Lilil. Mendadak ada sms masuk, 2 pula. Ternyata dari temen-temen karang taruna, mereka ngajakin aku nyinom ke tetangga sebelah yang kawinan *yaiyalah, masak layatan?

Setengah jam kemudian, aku dan muda-mudi lain sudah duduk manis nunggu tamu undangan pada dateng. Pertama-tama kita disuruh makan and minum dulu buat suplai energi, trus aku disuruh nganterin air putih segelas buat mempelai sebagai simbol kesucian *katanya mas andika loh ini.

After that, the real adventure begin. Kita mulai berbaris rapi menurut deretan kursi yang udah ditentuin and nganterin minum. Minum lancar, sup lancar, trus nasi juga oke. Tapi pas ngasihin es kopyor ke ibu-ibu, eh hla kok tangane si ibu nyampluk es that I brought dificulty with 2 hands. OMG, that wasn't my fault!! She didn't pay attention, blame her for being so careless!!

Habis esnya selesai, tamu-tamu pada pulang. Pas noleh, temen-temen yang lain udah pada santai ngobrol-ngobrol gitu, aku nyusul ah. Then I walked toward them. Suddenly, I slipped into the ditch!! baca : saya nyungsep ke selokan !!

Sebelah kakiku nyangkut nggak bisa keluar! Akhirnya setelah ditolong temen-temen kakiku bisa keluar juga. Euw, my foot smelled terrible. Wah, malunya sumpah. Ampun dah, untung tamu-tamu udah pada pulang, kalo belum beuuh....jangan tanya.

The Birthday Cake Tragedy

Today is Dini's birthday, she is 18 years old now. I just wanna say

Tadi resta bawa kue handmade buat Dini. Ternyata oh ternyata ada satu lagi temen sekelas yang juga sama-sama ultah. Guess what? his name is Dana. Yes, DANA - DINI. Hoho....they have similiar name, that's soooooooo funny.

Yang paling parah nih pas adegan si Dini ngasihin potongan pertama buat Dana, anak-anak sekelas langsung pada heboh . Yaiyalah, secara ultah bareng, udah sekelas 6 taon, nama juga mirip, kurang apa coba? Habis adegan "hot" tadi, temen-temen sekelas pada makan tuh kue handmade *alhamdulillah gag ada yang keracunan

BEHIND THE BIRTHDAY CAKE
Dibalik pembuatan kue tart yang 'alakazam' itu ada cerita seru yang nggak kalah 'alakazam'nya nih. Here is the story :

Kemaren aku sama resta pulang sekolah trus les dulu kira-kira sampe jam 4an. Habis itu kita beli mentega buat bikin buttercream. Nggak lupa juga kita beli kue bolu polos di toko deket rumah *habis kalo bikin lama sih, haha. FYI : we made it in my house.

Mulailah kita menimbang mentega dan gula halus. Tapi kok....gula halusnya menggumpal yah? wadoh gawat nih. "ah nggak papa, ntar kalo dimixer juga halus" kita mikirnya gitu. Singkat cerita, tuh buttercream yang udah halus jadi juga. Tapi waktu dioles ke kue, gula yang menggumpal tadi nggak ikut hancur sodara sodara , jadinya masih grenjel-grenjel gitu.

Dan akhirnya setelah melalui proses yang panjang *diantaranya nyeprotin buttercream sambil jengkang-jengking gaje, beginilah bentuknya... ta da...

Gimana hasilnya? gag jelek-jelek amat kan? kita sengaja pake meises + coklat serut + chocochips biar permukaannya yang nggak rata ketutup, hehe. Yang penting masih bisa dimakan udah bersyukur banget tuh. Untungnya pas habis makan temen-temen bilang kuenya enak, buttercreamnya nggak munek, jadi nggak sia-sia perjuangan kita ya res

It's a Boring Day

Biasanya kalo hari minggu orang-orang lebih suka istirahat di rumah menikmati waktu luang yang cuma sehari. Apalagi jam 7 pagi, sebagian besar masih enak-enaknya berpetualang di alam mimpi terbungkus selimut . Unfortunately, that didn't happen to me this morning. Mau tau kenapa? karna tadi pagi aku ikut try out di SSC (bimbel yang aku ikutin). Bayangkan, try out hari Minggu jam setengah 8 pagi. Oh, God....

Jam 6 pagi bangun trus mandi. Habis itu ngapain aku lupa pokoknya jam 8 kurang aku sama Nyamp udah sampe SSC. Begitu sampe disana ternyata kursi udah penuh, untung ada Fidda yang jagain tempat *thanks Pid, love youuu

Soal dibagikan and kita mulai ngerjain dengan khusyuk. Waktunya 2 jam buat ngerjain 105 soal MIPA + TPA. Satu jam pertama kelas masih sepi pada sibuk ngerjain, tapi mulai jam kedua, anak-anak udah pada nggak konsen. Karna kebanyakan juga pada nggak belajar, mulailah kita tengok kanan kiri untuk melakukan satu hal favorit pelajar kalo tes : NYONTEK . Yups, kita nyontek atau bisa dibilang nirun atau bisa juga nyalin jawaban. Semua orang di ruangan itu pun nyontek dengan puasnya karna emang nggak ada yang jaga *harap jangan ditiru ya adik-adik.

Akhirnya, 2 jam yang sangat menyiksa itu pun berakhir. Kita bertiga langsung keluar dan menghirup segarnya udara pagi diterpa angin sepoi-sepoi *boong banget, hla wong panase ra ukur hawane sumuk banget. Entah gimana ceritanya, pokoknya tau-tau kita berempat (ditambah Whu yang tau-tau nongol) udah duduk manis di Chick** Ny** nunggu pesenan.

Dengan hati berdebar-debar dan perasaan yang tak menentu *halah lebay* kita berdua pun melihat papan pengumuman. Hasilnya......aku rangking 19 dari 90-an orang yang ikut. Hmm,that's not really bad. Trus kita cari nama Nyamp, setelah ketemu ternyata dia rangking 8 . Hebat..hebat...

Moral of the day : nirunlah jika perlu, belajarlah jika mau
